"Highly Sensitive in Lockdown"- an online group for women in the context of the Corona Crisis 2020: Assistance to improve self-perception, mindfulness and self-care.
Over 8 weeks we meet once a week online for 90 minutes via the platform webex. Together we devote ourselves to the 6 building blocks of heart contact and look at ways in which we can use them for ourselves in the current stressful situation.
