Horses are wonderful teachers. They have the ability to look directly into our heart, to perceive our person and can even reflect parts of us that we are not yet aware of. Horses are given by nature the capability to feel immediately every change of vibration in their environment. They live in harmony with the rhythm of nature and follow their deep intuitive knowledge. For example, horses know long before us that the weather will change and they adapt their behaviour immediately.
Also we humans radiate vibrations and cause a reaction in the sensitive horse. As described, horses now sense our "hidden" parts as well, because these represent an incongruence between our outward behaviour and our inner experience. Through their reactions they will indicate which parts they have perceived in us and thus offer us the chance to look at them. Horses therefore encourage us to deal with our inner self authentically and to accept our experience. In this process of self-awareness and self-acceptance lies freedom and healing. However, the animals are absolutely non-valuable in their actions, which often makes it easier for us humans to hear and accept their message.
I lead the session, "translate" the horse messages for my clients and support them in their process. This kind of learning is especially catchy for the client, because it is not only based on knowledge, but on the experience, the connected feelings and thoughts, different sensory and motor information as well as on associative learning moments.

The horse is not here
to reward your ego
to compete with you
to punish you
to control you
The horse responds to
who you are
how you feel
what you think
what you do
The horse is here
to enable you to learn
how to be a better You
- and that is a blessing.
