Tantra exists some clues after already over 10000 years. The word means weave - in this case the weave of our consciousness. Tantra assumes that consciousness is divided into two parts, SHIVA (the static force and essence of the male principle) and SHAKTI (the active energy, the female force). The tantric journey is about recognizing, unifying and honoring both parts within us. It is the way of connecting sexuality and spirituality, but it must not be confused with "sex". It is about the awareness of ourselves, the acceptance of our feelings and the opening of the heart. When we then feel connected to ourselves in our space and the heart opens, we can connect to another person. There is a powerful intimacy in the connection of two hearts that see and accept themselves and each other. Much deeper and more spiritual than a purely physical union can ever be.
There are three schools of tantra. Kaula Tantra, Mishra Tantra and Samaya Tantra:
Kaula Tantra focuses on the first of the seven chakras, the Muladhara Chakra. It includes external exercises with the intention of gaining control over physical needs and desires. In the first chakra, the kundalini "dwells" a power anchored in us but sleeping, an "energy snake" that can be awakened through exercises and animated to ascend through the chakras. But if this is done thoughtlessly, it can lead to a so-called spontaneous Kundalini awakening, which involves great risks and which I URGENTLY advise against from my own experience!
Mishra Tantra is rated "higher" than Kaula Tantra. It is a mixed Tantra (Mishra = mixed) and includes inner and outer rituals with the focus on the fourth chakra, the Anahata (heart) chakra. This stands for the energy of the heart, devotion and unconditional love. The Kundalini is led from the Muladhara Chakra to the Anahata Chakra.
Samaya Tantra is the "highest" Tantra. It consists exclusively of inner exercises and its entire focus is on self-knowledge. The focus is on the seventh chakra, Sahasrara, which is located on our vertex and is the connection to the universal energy.

My focus, as you have been able to read several times now, is on the heart connection. For an open heart and thus also the connection to another being, the path of self-knowledge and self-acceptance is fundamental, in which I support singles and couples. To accept ourselves in everything that we are, also includes the honouring of our lust. Again, by that I do not mean sex, no, I speak of lust. This energy that motivates us to dare something, to get in contact with others, to experience something new.
The desire for life!
This includes the honouring of our two parts - Shakti&Shiva, female&male, yin&yang. The recognition and union of these two in us, enable us to develop a new self-image, marked by warmth and appreciation. But they also enable us to view our partner with a new understanding. In this way, in the intimacy of true encounter, we can create the framework for a more stable relationship. Exercises, conversations & meditations will accompany you on your way to more pleasure in life!
If you also want to experience more lust in your life, then contact me now.
