My name is Sonja Lynch. I was born in 1984 in Hildesheim and spent most of my life in the vicinity of the city of Braunschweig. In 2014 I flew to Australia for the first time and until today I say: "It began a journey without end...". My existence was turned upside down. I have learned, lost and won a lot - in short: I have felt life. So I learned a lot about letting go, finally turned my back on Germany and moved to Australia. Here I now live on an incredibly beautiful cattle farm with my husband and his family. Since July 2018 we also have the honour to share our life with our son.
Professionally I am a certified psychologist and psychotherapist for children and adolescents, therapist for horse-supported interventions, instructor for progressive muscle relaxation, tantra and Reiki therapist. I have always had a strong intuition and a close connection to nature, but only in the last few years have I begun to understand these parts. Nature is close to us women in a special way and I have intensively studied these aspects of femininity as well as sexuality. The love for me and my body has made new perspectives possible for me and Tantra has clearly helped me on this level. Out of love for my body I finally listened, deepened my knowledge in human nutrition and stopped consuming sugar of various kinds in 2015. With the help of the therapeutic aroma oils of doTERRA I started to learn more about the healing essences of nature.
My love for horses blossomed again during my studies and after a long break I started riding again. I made similar experiences like many other people- horses that bucked, saddle compulsion and screaming riding instructors. After a long search I found a very good riding instructor, but somehow I was never so inclined towards riding, because most horses simply didn't enjoy it. So I first looked for a private possibility of horse contact and found a wonderful riding participation with a very open-minded owner. Together we started the path of Natural Horsemanship. Horseback riding was becoming less and less important for me, because contact and communication with horses offer so much more. In the course of time I found my own two horses and continued to learn. My training as a therapist for horse-supported interventions opened further doors and I learned for the first time about the intensive connection and mirror effect between humans and horses. Here in Australia I met the beautiful, wild Lumina in 2014 and she led me, together with my previous horse Tuck, to the path that I share with horses today. It is shaped by being together in the heart connection. Out of being, however, a common action can also develop - but only in the agreement of all participating beings. Here on the farm I meet the horses always in freedom and in the herd. The communication takes place with all horses at once. A circumstance that makes it even clearer that we are all connected and free at the same time. Nevertheless, we need a common alphabet at one point or another, which then is represented by the technique. I use intuitively guided different methods of Natural Horsemanship in connection with energy work, spiritual considerations and backgrounds of learning psychology. Ultimately, working with me creates an individual concept for humans and animals.
My view of health as a whole is the balance of body, mind and soul. Accordingly, I look at the situation of clients from this holistic point of view. Through consultation, self-awareness or mindfulness training, new ways can be made possible for the mind. Relaxation, body awareness and nutrition help the body to find its balance. An intensified contact to the inside, to our core and to our roots, enables the soul to achieve consciousness, growth and development. It is a matter close to my heart to be able to accompany you on this path.
